Return Policy


We accept returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If your item arrives damaged, or late, or defective, or isn’t what you ordered, etc., you will have 30 calendar days to return an item from your date you received it. If it’s been 30 days since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


1. Which items can I return? To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with its tags attached)
  • You have to keep the original packaging in the same condition with shipping label
  • We also need you to provide video(s) as evidence that you opened when the products still has tags and shipping label.

We do not refund products:

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

2.  How can I return or exchange my Quymart’s order?

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] with the details of your package. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]

3. Return shipping fees

4.  When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
