It normally takes 1-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. With for some hot items, the processing time may extend to 5-10 business days due to extremely high demand. Time to process goods also depends on the time of year. For example in the mid-year months, the time to prepare goods will be faster, it only takes 1-2 days, but in the last months of the year, the time to prepare goods can increase by 2-3 days compared to normal.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure that your order gets delivered as quickly as possible. For customers in the US, you will typically receive your order in 1 to 3 business weeks (can take up to 4 business weeks**) from the date that order is processed. Orders that are not received within 90 days will be refunded or re-sent

Items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, don’t worry if you receive different items in your order separately, they will all reach you eventually. We ship out items individually to reduce waiting time as our warehouses are located in different regions. You would not be charged extra if your purchase is from 2 or more warehouses, that is on us!

Shipping Insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during shipping. We will reship your package immediately at no extra charge if the package is lost or damaged

With items available in the destination country warehouse: 5-10 business days

In normal condition, with items not available in the destination country warehouse:

**Shipping times may be affected during public holidays while manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times, or in the last months of the year due to high demands of shipment. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.

**Custom clearance at each country varies, and delay due to custom clearance is beyond our control, should your parcel be stuck at custom processing, we can attempt a contact with the post office for faster clearance but there is no guarantees that this will hasten the custom clearance speed.

**The shipping information always has a delay time: in normal conditions, the delay time is 3-7 days, during public holidays or in the last months of the year it is 5-10 days

Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees

For customers in the Europe, or in the US, AU:

Ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
